Abstract: A decorative outer-cover material (40) includes: a first surface (40a); and a second surface (40b) opposite the first surface (40a). The decorative outer-cover material (40) includes, from the first surface (40a) towards the second surface (40b) and in the given order, a design layer (51) and a light-blocking layer (52). The decorative outer-cover material (40) includes recesses (45) which are open in the second surface (40b). The recesses (45) penetrate the light-blocking layer (52) but do not penetrate the design layer (51).
