Abstract: A battery system of the present invention is positioned in an electric vehicle and may comprise: a main battery; a battery management device for controlling that the supply of power by the main battery is blocked when an anomaly occurs in one or more components included in the electric vehicle; and an auxiliary battery which is provided separately from the main battery, and which supplies power to one or more components provided in a cooling system for cooling the main battery.
