Abstract: Disclosed are a battery module and a battery pack and vehicle including same. The battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a case which accommodates the battery cell stack and has a first outlet through which gas is discharged; and an exhaust path member which couples to the case to provide a discharge path for the gas, is provided so as to discharge the gas but prevent flame leakage, and has a second outlet, wherein the exhaust path member is configured to allow the gas to move in a linear direction.
