Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode assembly and a secondary battery comprising same. Specifically, the present invention relates to an electrode assembly and a secondary battery, wherein a negative electrode in a core part of the electrode assembly in which the negative electrode, a separator, and a positive electrode are sequentially stacked and wound includes: a negative electrode coated portion including a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer provided on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector; and a negative electrode uncoated portion including a negative electrode current collector not provided with the negative electrode active material layer, the longitudinal length of the negative electrode coated portion extending from the longitudinal end of the positive electrode being adjusted to a specific range.
