Abstract: A battery cell according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator interposed therebetween; and a battery housing for accommodating the electrode assembly through an opening formed on one side thereof, wherein at least a region of the inner surface of the battery housing is coated through heat-resistant coating.
