Abstract: The present invention relates to a secondary battery comprising: a cathode comprising a cathode active material; an anode comprising an anode active material; a separator disposed between the cathode and the anode; and an electrolyte, wherein the cathode comprises a cathode active material, and the cathode active material comprises at least 15 wt% of a first cathode active material in a single-crystal form, the anode comprises a carbon-based active material and a silicon-based active material, and a ratio EN/EP of a weight EN of the electrolyte impregnated in the anode to a weight EP of the electrolyte impregnated in the cathode is at least 0.9.
