Abstract: The present invention provides: a concrete-reinforcing steel fiber wire rod, which does not undergo LP heat treatment during drawing, does not break when repeatedly bent at 90-degrees 10 times or more, and has a tensile strength of 1,700 MPa or more; a steel fiber; and manufacturing methods therefor. The concrete-reinforcing steel fiber wire rod according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises, by wt%, 0.005-0.035% of C, 0.07-0.3% of Si, 0.07-0.2% of Mn, 1.0-2.2% of Cr, 0.05% or less of P, 0.05% or less of S and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities, and satisfies relation 1.
