Abstract: An LED sheet (20) comprises: a substrate (31) having a first surface (31a) and a second surface (31b) positioned on a side opposite to the first surface (31a); a metal wiring part (32) positioned on the first surface (31a) of the substrate (31); a plurality of LED chips (21) mounted on the metal wiring part (32); a power reception terminal (61) connected to the metal wiring part (32) and used for connection with another LED sheet (20); and a power supply terminal (62) connected to the metal wiring part (32) and used for connection with the other LED sheet (20).
