Abstract: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an electrical steel sheet substrate; a glass film layer located on the electrical steel sheet substrate; and an insulating film layer located on the glass film layer, wherein the electrical steel sheet has a linear deformation part formed on the surface thereof and exhibits a natural corrosion potential value of (-) 350 mv or more.
