Abstract: According to exemplary embodiments, provided is a negative electrode. The negative electrode includes a current collector, a first negative electrode active material layer, and a second negative electrode active material layer, wherein the second negative electrode active material layer includes a plurality of concave portions which are indented toward the first negative electrode active material layer and a plurality of non-concave portions which are not the concave portions, the concave portions and the non-concave portions being alternately arranged in the horizontal direction and the surface of the second negative electrode active material layer having a pattern formed due to the steps.
