Analysis System And Analysis Method For Foreign Substances In Cathode Material
Abstract: The present invention relates to an analysis system and an analysis method for foreign substances in a cathode material, and the analysis system for foreign substances in a cathode material, according to the present invention, comprises: a pretreatment unit for preparing a monolayer sample of a cathode material powder; a measurement unit for obtaining the optical image of the monolayer sample by using an optical microscope; and an analysis unit, which analyzes the optical image of the monolayer sample, thereby obtaining information about foreign substances in the cathode material.
