Abstract: The present invention relates to a polyalkylene carbonate resin composition with excellent thermal stability, and a preparation method therefor, and provides a polyalkylene carbonate resin composition comprising a polyalkylene carbonate and an organic acid, and a preparation method therefor, the composition comprising the organic acid in the amount of 0.001 parts by weight or more and less than 0.5 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the polyalkylene carbonate.
