Insulation Coating Film Composition For Grain Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet, Preparation Method Therefor, Grain Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet Having Insulation Coating Film Formed On Surface Thereof By Using Same, And Manufacturing Method Therefor

Abstract: An insulation coating film composition for a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, of the present invention, comprises, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a metal phosphate, 10-250 parts by weight of colloidal silica, 0.5-5 parts by weight of cobalt hydroxide and 20-170 parts by weight of a powder. A method for preparing the insulation coating film composition for a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, of the present invention, comprises the steps of: simultaneously injecting a metal oxide, cobalt hydroxide and a powder into phosphoric acid (H3PO4), and then heating same, thereby preparing a first composition comprising, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a metal phosphate, 0.5-5 parts by weight of cobalt hydroxide and 20-170 parts by weight of a powder; and mixing the first composition with 10-250 parts by weight of colloidal silica. By using the insulation coating film composition for a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, and the preparation method therefor, of the present invention, a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with improved film tension and insulation properties can be obtained.
