Abstract: A grain oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrical steel substrate; and an insulating film layer disposed on the electrical steel substrate, wherein a linear deformation zone is present on the surface of the insulating film layer, an overlapping irradiation boundary is present within the deformation zone, a melted and solidified layer is present below the overlapping irradiation boundary, and the melted and solidified layer contains 5 wt% or less of P.
