Method For Manufacturing Grain Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet

Abstract: This method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet includes a tension-applying insulating film forming step made up of an insulating film chemical solution application step for applying an insulating film chemical solution onto a surface of a surface-treated steel sheet the surface of which has been pickled, and a baking step for forming a tension-applying insulating film on the surface of the surface-treated steel sheet by performing a heat treatment on the surface-treated steel sheet on which the insulating film chemical solution has been applied. The heat treatment of the baking step includes a temperature raising stage and an isothermal stage. In the temperature raising stage, the steel sheet average temperature raising speed within a steel sheet temperature range of 100°C to 600°C is set to 10°C/s to 400°C/s in an environment in which the oxygen concentration is 1% to 21% by volume and the dew point is 0°C to 30°C. In the isothermal stage, the holding time of a constant steel sheet temperature in the range of 800°C to 1000°C is 5 seconds to 200 seconds in an isothermal environment of a constant value in a range in which the oxygen concentration is 1% to 15% and the environment dew point is -20°C to +40°C.
