Abstract: A battery unit diagnostic device according to an embodiment disclosed in the present document may comprise: a data acquisition unit for acquiring charge/discharge data while a battery unit is charged/discharged, wherein the charge/discharge data includes charge/discharge profiles acquired while the battery unit is charged/discharged according to different charge/discharge rates; a profile acquisition unit for acquiring first current-voltage profiles on the basis of the charge/discharge profiles; a profile calculation unit for calculating, on the basis of the first current-voltage profiles, a second current-voltage profile according to a designated charge/discharge rate different from the different charge/discharge rates; and a data calculation unit for calculating capacity-voltage relationship data on the basis of the second current-voltage profile.
