Abstract: Provided is a steel sheet characterized by having a predetermined chemical composition and having a microstructure which contains, in terms of area ratio, 15-40% of ferrite, 40-65% of tempered martensite, 10-20% of retained austenite, 10-30% of bainite, 1-10% of pearlite, and 0-10% of as-quenched martensite and in which the value obtained by dividing an average Mn concentration in the ferrite by a Mn concentration in a base material is at most 0.980, and the value obtained by dividing an average Mn concentration in the retained austenite by the Mn concentration in the base material is 1.150-2.000.
