Non Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet

Abstract: The present invention provides a non-oriented electrical steel sheet which has a metal structure that contains, in mass%, specific elements and has a sheet thickness of 0.50 mm or less, in which the metal structure has a transformation temperature Ar3 (°C) of 750 to 1050°C and a recrystallization ratio of 1 to 99%. In any given cross-section of this non-oriented electrical steel sheet, if Sac is the area ratio of (411) crystal grains, Sag is the area ratio of (110) crystal grains, and Sbc is the area ratio occupied by (411) crystal grains in a region where the KAM value is highest to 20%, then Sac > 0.120, Sac > Sbc > Sag and 0.050 > Sag are satisfied.
