Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode for a lithium sulfur battery, the electrode being for improving energy density, and comprising a current collector and an electrode active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector, wherein the electrode active material layer contains a sulfur-carbon composite and a binder, the sulfur-carbon composite includes a porous carbon material and a sulfur-based material, and the current collector includes aluminum (Al) and has a thickness of about 9 µm or less.
