Method For Calculating Control Parameter For Powder And/Or Granule Feeding Apparatus And The Powder And/Or Granule Feeding Apparatus

Abstract: Provided are a control parameter calculation method for a granule feeding apparatus and a granule feeding apparatus that can improve feeding accuracy in constant feeding of granules. The method is for calculating control parameters for use in controlling the discharge amount of granules G, in a granule feeding apparatus 100 that comprises: a hopper 11 into which granules G are charged; and a feeder 12 which discharges the granules G outside the apparatus. The method comprises: a filling step S12 for filling the granules G into the feeder 12 without generating a non-filled region in the feeder 12 by conveying, at a prescribed speed in the feeder 12, the granules G to be initially charged at the early stage of an operation; a consolidation step S13 for setting the granules G to be in a consolidated state in the feeder 12 by conveying, in the feeder 12, the filled granules G at a speed higher than the prescribed speed; and a parameter calculation step S16 for calculating the control parameters by using the discharge amount of the granules G in the consolidated state.
