Non Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet And Method For Manufacturing Same

Abstract: This non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a base material chemical composition comprising, in terms of mass%, 0.0040% or less of C, more than 3.50% but not more than 4.50% of Si, less than 0.60% of Mn, 0.30-0.90% of Al, 0.030% or less of P, 0.0018% or less of S, 0.0040% or less of N, less than 0.0040% of Ti, less than 0.0050% of Nb, less than 0.0050% of Zr, less than 0.0050% of V, less than 0.200% of Cu, less than 0.500% of Ni, and 0.005-0.060% of the total of one or both of Sn and Sb, with the remainder being Fe and impurities, wherein [4.2 = Si + Al + 0.5 × Mn = 4.9] is satisfied, the average crystal grain size of the base material is 10-40 µm, the degree of integration of the {111} <112> direction is 8.0 or less, and the sheet thickness of the base material is 0.10-0.30 mm.
