Current Collector, Battery Cell, Battery Pack And Vehicle Comprising Same

Abstract: A battery cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly in which a first electrode and a second electrode and a separator interposed therebetween are wound around a winding axis to define a core and an outer circumferential surface, the first electrode comprising a first non-coated portion which is not coated with an active material layer along the winding direction; a battery housing having an opening on one side thereof and accommodating the electrode assembly through the opening; and a current collector comprising a support portion disposed on the top of the electrode assembly, a tab coupling portion extending from the support portion and coupled to the first non-coated portion, and a housing coupling portion extending from the support portion and electrically coupled to an inner surface of the battery housing, wherein a fracture portion having lower strength than the surrounding area is provided at the boundary between the support portion and the tab coupling portion.
