Abstract: A wireless system (100) in which a mobile station device (110) mounted on a train (102) and a central device (130) wirelessly communicate communication information via a base station device (120), the wireless system (100) comprising: a communication time identification unit that identifies a transmission-capacity-prioritizing communication time, which represents a time interval required when communicating communication information using a transmission-capacity-prioritizing communication scheme, and a quality-prioritizing communication time, which represents a time interval required when communicating communication information using a quality-prioritizing communication scheme; and a control unit that, in cases where the communication information is communicated while the train (102) is passing through a passing-each-other section (105), when the value obtained by adding the transmission-capacity-prioritizing communication time to a remaining poor communication section passage time, which represents a remaining time interval in which the train (102) passes through the passing-each-other section (105), is shorter than the quality-prioritizing communication time, employs the transmission-capacity-prioritizing communication scheme after the elapse of the remaining poor communication section passage time to transmit the communication information, and, when the aforementioned value is greater than or equal to the quality-prioritizing communication time, employs the quality-prioritizing communication scheme to transmit the communication information.
