Abstract: An electromechanical actuating device, and a fluid distribution valve comprising such an electromechanical actuating device, said actuating device (50) comprising a support (53), an electric motor (51), which is borne by the support and which is provided with a drive output (55), which is rotatable about a motor axis (X51) and which is provided with a driving toothing (55.1), and a mechanical transmission system (52), which is borne by the support and connects the drive output to a shutter (40) of a fluid distribution valve (1), so that a rotation of the drive output forces the shutter to move in order to regulate a fluid through the valve. The transmission system includes a gear wheel (56), which is borne by the support so as to be rotatable about a central gear wheel axis (X56) and which is provided with all of the following: a first driven toothing (56.1), designed to mesh with the driving toothing when the gear wheel axis and the motor axis are parallel; a second driven toothing (56.2), designed to mesh with the driving toothing when the gear wheel axis and the motor axis are perpendicular; and a driving hub (56.3), centred on the gear wheel axis, which meshes with the rest of the transmission system when the driving toothing of the drive output meshes with either the first or second driven toothing.
