Battery Pack

Abstract: The present invention relates to a battery pack that is capable of efficient cooling and fire extinguishing without reducing space utilization. The battery pack according to the present invention comprises: a battery module including a plurality of secondary batteries; a case that stores a plurality of battery modules; a cover coupled to the case; at least one cooling block disposed inside the cover and in contact with the case so as to cool the battery modules; and a cooling pipe coupled to the cooling block and through which a refrigerant moves, wherein the cooling block includes a fire extinguishing liquid disposed in a space formed therein, and the fire extinguishing liquid may move into the interior of the cooling pipe at a preset temperature or higher so as to be discharged to the outside of the cooling pipe.
