Skill Evaluation Device And Skill Evaluation Method

Abstract: A skill evaluation device (2) is configured to comprise: an operation data acquisition unit (11) that acquires, from a sensor (1) which detects a work operation being performed by a person to be evaluated for work skill, operation data indicating the work operation; and an important work analysis unit (15) that, on the basis of model worker operation data indicating an operation by a model worker, determines an evaluation item which is important in evaluating the work of the person to be evaluated. The skill evaluation device (2) further comprises a skill evaluation unit (16) that, on the basis of the operation data acquired by the operation data acquisition unit (11) and the evaluation item determined by the model work analysis unit (15), evaluates skill of the person to be evaluated.
