Positive Electrode Material Powder, And Positive Electrode And Lithium Secondary Battery Including Same

Abstract: A positive electrode material powder according to the present invention includes a positive electrode active material including lithium-nickel oxide particles having a Ni content of 50 mol%-80 mol% among all metals excluding lithium, wherein the lithium-nickel oxide particles may be in a single-particle form consisting of one single nodule, or a quasi-single-particle form as a composite of 30 nodules or less, and a PCF value represented by equation (1) may satisfy 2.0 or more to 3.4 or less. [Equation (1)] In equation (1), SBET is a BET specific surface area (unit: m2/g) of the positive electrode material powder, P0 is an intensity of maximum peak (vol%) in a volume cumulative particle size distribution of the positive electrode material powder as measured by using a laser diffraction method, D50 is a particle size at a volume cumulative value of 50 % in the volume cumulative particle size distribution of the positive electrode material powder, Dmin is the smallest particle size in the volume cumulative particle size distribution of the positive electrode material powder, and Dmax is the largest particle size in the volume cumulative particle size distribution of the positive electrode material powder.
