Composition For Preparing A Coating

Abstract: The invention relates to an aqueous composition for preparing a coating, comprising a rheological control agent comprising urethane polymers. This agent is prepared discontinuously by a polymerization reaction of a diisocyanate compound and a polyhydroxylated compound, followed by the termination reaction of the prepolymer of these compounds with a monoalcohol. It mainly comprises urethane polymers comprising strictly more than three groups of the polyhydroxylated compound.
