Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery electrode plate and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, the lithium secondary battery electrode plate comprising: a current collector layer; and an electrode mixture layer formed on one surface or both surfaces of the current collector layer, wherein the electrode mixture layer includes: a first region formed in the direction from one edge part of the electrode mixture layer to the other edge part on the basis of the transverse direction (TD) cross-section of the electrode mixture layer; a second region that excludes the first region; and first particles and second particles, each containing an electrode active material, a conductive material and a binder, and the first particle has an amount of a binder higher than that of the second particle, or comprises a binder of 30% or greater of the total amount of the binder included in the particle in a region that is 20% or less of the length from the outermost surface of the particle to the center of the particle.
