Methods Of Producing Fc Containing Proteins

Abstract: Provided herein are improved methods for producing an Fc-containing protein. The methods generally involve culturing mammalian cells that produce the Fc-containing protein at a first pH setpoint for a first period of time followed by culturing the cell at a second pH setpoint that is higher than the first pH set point for a second period of time.
