Apparatuses For And Methods Of Concentrating Biomolecules

Abstract: Methods are described for concentrating a biomolecule-containing solution, such as an oligonucleotide-containing solution, to a concentration = about 200 mg/mL from an initial concentration of about = 20 mg/mL, via thin film evaporation (TFE), for high dose/low volume applications. Apparatuses also are described for concentrating a biomolecule-containing solution as described herein.
