Abstract: This power storage device exterior material is constituted from a laminate comprising at least a base material layer, a barrier layer, and a thermally fusible resin layer in this order from the outside. In the following tensile test in a 120°C environment, the strength of the power storage device exterior material when stretched by 20% in the MD direction is 35 N/15 mm or more. [Tensile Test] Measurement is performed using a tensile testing machine by a method compliant with the specification of JIS K 7127:1999. The measurement conditions used are: a rectangular shape having a sample width of 15 mm; an inter-mark distance of 30 mm; a tensile speed of 0.5 mm/min; a test environment of 120°C; and an average value obtained by performing measurement three times.
