Abstract: A hot-stamping shaped article 10 comprises: a first steel material 12 having a first plate-shaped section 24 and a burr section 26 extending upward from the first plate-shaped section 24; a second steel material 14 having a second plate-shaped section 44 provided so as to be lined up with the first plate-shaped section 24 in a direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the first plate-shaped section 24; and a weld line 16 that bonds together an edge of the first plate-shaped section 24 and an edge of the second plate-shaped section 44.
