Abstract: The present disclosure provides a decorative sheet used to manufacture a resin-impregnated decorative panel, the decorative sheet comprising a porous substrate, a design layer, and a release layer having a pattern shape in this order in the thickness direction, wherein: the 60º gloss value of the release layer is at most 10; the pure water contact angle of the release layer is at least 85º; and the Spc (arithmetic mean peak curvature) of the release layer is at least 80 mm-1.
