Abstract: The invention relates to a composition for preparing a cathode priming coat, comprising a polyacrylic binder that has a low molecular weight, and carbon particles. The invention also relates to the use of said composition for preparing a cathode as well as to the cathode that can be used for manufacturing cells for a rechargeable battery.
