Abstract: Provided is a work vehicle that is capable of performing automatic steering for controlling a steerable travel device on the basis of a travel reference. The invention comprises: a machine body position acquisition unit for acquiring a machine body position by using satellite positioning; a preceding automatic steering control unit for determining a preceding travel reference as a travel reference on the basis of the machine body position that is acquired by the machine body position acquisition unit during traveling by manual steering, and starting automatic steering on the basis of the preceding travel reference; and a subsequent automatic steering control unit for acquiring subsequent reference information for determining a travel reference during execution of the automatic steering by the preceding automatic steering control unit, determining a subsequent travel reference as a travel reference on the basis of the subsequent reference information, and starting automatic steering on the basis of the subsequent travel reference after the end of the automatic steering by the preceding automatic steering control unit.
