Electric Power Storage/Discharge System And Electric Power Storage Element

Abstract: This electric power storage/discharge system (100) comprises a power generation unit (2A) that has a first internal resistance and that supplies DC power from an output terminal and a storage battery (1) that is connected in parallel with the output terminal of the power generation unit (2A) and that has a second internal resistance that is lower than the first internal resistance. The electric power storage/discharge system (100) converts DC power discharged by the storage battery (1) to at least one of desired AC power and DC power and outputs the at least one of the converted AC power or DC power. A voltage VIN of the output terminal of the power generation unit (2A) is controlled such that VIN=VB+IIN×RIN-B where the voltage of the storage battery (1) is defined as VB, the current flowing from the output terminal of the power generation unit (2A) is defined as IIN, and the wiring resistance between the power generation unit (2A) and the storage battery (1) is defined as RIN-B.
