Abstract: A magnetic saturation detection device (560) derives the strain of an iron core (522) of a current transformer on the basis of a change in the resistance value of a resistor of a strain gauge (540). The magnetic saturation detection device (560) determines, on the basis of the strain of the iron core (522) of the current transformer, whether the iron core (522) of the current transformer is magnetically saturated.
