Separator For Electrochemical Device Having Polymer Binder Layer, Electrochemical Device Comprising Same, And Method For Manufacturing Same

Abstract: The separator for an electrochemical device includes: a porous polymer substrate; a coating layer which is provided on at least one surface of the porous polymer substrate and includes a first polymer binder and inorganic particles; and an adhesive layer which is provided on the coating layer and includes a second polymer binder, wherein the first polymer binder is in a solution form and, within the coating layer, one portion adjacent to the porous polymer substrate contains greater amount of the first polymer binder than the other portion spaced apart from and facing the porous polymer substrate.
