1. An anti-theft apparatus (100) for a fuel storage tank (102) comprising:
a circular clamp (104) configured to mount the anti-theft apparatus (100) at an opening port of the fuel storage tank (102) comprising:

an elongated body (106) positioned along the cavity of the circular clamp (104) and inserted coaxially within the opening port of the fuel storage tank (102) to receive a nozzle for filling fuel within the fuel storage tank (102), wherein the elongated body (106) comprising:
a first set of perforations (200) fabricated at a wall portion (202) of the elongated body (106), and
a plurality of fins (108) sequentially positioned within the elongated body (106), wherein each of the plurality of fins (108) is fabricated with a second set perforations (204),
