A Y-shaped elastic band (104) provides adjustable tension, attaching via removable clips (110-1, 110-2) for easy interchangeability. Claims

1. A portable chin slimming exercise device (100), comprising: a lower jaw gripper cap (102) adapted to be positioned within a user's mouth and secured over the lower jaw; a band (104) having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is removably attached to the lower jaw gripper cap (102), and the second end extends downward to facilitate resistance-based exercise; a free weight (108) connected to the second end of the band (104) using a connector (106), wherein the replaceable free weight comprises a weight grip for manual handling; wherein the user performs controlled mouth-opening and mouth-closing exercises, either by grasping the weight grip (108) manually or by allowing the weight to provide resistance without gripping, such that the band (104) stretches and contracts to generate progressive resistance for chin muscle training.

The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lower jaw gripper cap having an inner surface with symmetrically opposed indentations configured to guide placement of the user's lower teeth for providing a stable grip; the symmetrically opposed indentations are shaped to prevent slipping and ensure a firm jaw grip during resistance exercises; the lower jaw gripper cap (102) is composed of a biocompatible, medical-grade polymer with an anti-slip coating; the lower jaw gripper cap (102) includes a heat-mouldable material or a user-customizable material adapted to allow the user to personalize the fit.

3. The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the band (104) is a Y-shaped elastic band, and wherein the band (104) is composed of a stretchable and durable material providing adjustable resistance based on its elasticity and tension characteristics.

The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first end is removably attached to the lower jaw gripper cap (102) using one or more removable clips (110-1, 110-2) provided on the lower jaw gripper cap (102), and wherein the one or more removable clips (110-1, 110-2) allow for easy attachment and detachment of the band (104) from the lower jaw gripper cap (102).

The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the free weight (108) is a replaceable free weight (108), and wherein the free weight (108) is detachable and is interchanged with different weight modules to provide variable resistance levels for progressive chin exercise training.

6. The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connector (106) between the band (104) and the free weight (108) comprises a snap-fit, threaded, or locking mechanism for secure attachment and replacement.

The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user can operate the device (100) in: a first mode, where the user grasps the weight grip (108) and performs mouth-opening and mouth-closing movements, and a second mode, where the user does not grasp the weight grip (108) and instead relies on natural gravitational resistance for passive training.

The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the band (104) is designed to distribute tension symmetrically, ensuring balanced muscle engagement across the chin and jawline, and wherein the band (104) is configured to have multiple tension levels, allowing users to select different resistance strengths based on their training preferences.

9. The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the free weight (108) comprises a grip surface to facilitate secure handling during manual operation.

The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the free weight (108) further comprises: an integrated vibration or resistance-enhancing module integrated therein, wherein integrated vibration or resistance-enhancing module is configured to introduce micro-pulses or dynamic resistance variations to improve muscle engagement during exercises; or a tuneable resistance module that varies resistance intensity based on user movements, simulating real-time muscle engagement.

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a portable chin slimming exercise device. More particularly, the invention pertains to a resistance-based exercise apparatus designed to enhance muscle engagement in the chin and jawline region.

BACKGROUND

Additionally, these devices can cause excessive strain on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), leading to discomfort or potential long-term damage.

Some commercially available chin straps claim to offer slimming benefits by compressing the chin area, but they do not contribute to active muscle engagement or strengthening, resulting in minimal efficacy for long-term toning and definition.

SUMMARY

Unlike conventional methods, the device incorporates a combination of elastic resistance and free weights, enabling users to perform structured exercises that effectively target the chin and jaw muscles without causing undue stress on the TMJ.

a free weight (108) connected to the second end of the band (104) using a connector (106), wherein the replaceable free weight comprises a weight grip for manual handling;
wherein the user performs controlled mouth-opening and mouth-closing exercises, either by grasping the weight grip (108) manually or by allowing the weight to provide resistance without gripping, such that the band (104) stretches and contracts to generate progressive resistance for chin muscle training.

2. The portable chin slimming exercise device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the lower jaw gripper cap having an inner surface with symmetrically opposed indentations configured to guide placement of the user's lower teeth for providing a stable grip;
the symmetrically opposed indentations are shaped to prevent slipping and ensure a firm jaw grip during resistance exercises;
the lower jaw gripper cap (102) is composed of a biocompatible, medical-grade polymer with an anti-slip coating;
