Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: AN ANTI-TOPPLE SPILL-PROOF ELECTRIC STEAMING DEVICE An anti-topple, spill-proof electric steaming device with triple insulation, suitable for steam inhalation, facial steaming, and garment steaming. The device (100) comprises upper unit (10) includes a steam outlet pipe (11), an adjustable nozzle (12), a lock indicator (13) for secure assembly, and a PP wall 1(14), a PP wall 2 (15), and an ABS wall 3 (16) and a projection (17). The bottom unit (20) houses a heater (21), liquid container (22) with a maximum level indicator (23), a power cable (24), an LED indicator (25), an elastomer (26), and a PP wall 1 (27), ABS wall 2(28) and ABS wall 3(29) for safety. A base (30) features a diaphragm (34), diaphragm holder (33), seal disk (31), seal ring (32), and vacuum chamber (35), enabling vacuum adhesion to surfaces, preventing tipping. Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention generally relates a portable electric steaming device. More particularly, it relates to an anti-topple spill-proof electric steaming device; which is an electrically operable device for generating steam with mechanism to prevent toppling and to prevent the water from spilling out of the device even if toppled or overturned.

BACKGROUND
There are electrical steaming devices available in the market that generate steam by converting water into steam/vapor. These devices are commonly used for inhalation therapy, helping individuals soothe symptoms such as a runny nose, cough, throat irritation, or stuffy nose caused by cold and flu. By inhaling the warm steam, users experience relief from respiratory discomfort, making these devices a popular and convenient home remedy for common ailments. These devices are also popularly used in beauty therapy for facial steaming and hair steaming where the application of steam helps open and clear the pores of the skin.
The steaming devices generate steam with an inbuilt heater heating water poured in the device The steaming devices currently available in the market come with several challenges. They are often bulky and not easy to carry around. Many of them are unstable and can topple over easily, which increases the risk of hot water spilling and causing severe burns. These devices are also inconvenient to move from one place to another and are not designed to be user or child-friendly. In addition, most of them lack proper features such as a reliable lock mechanism to detect if the lid is securely locked before use, temperature control, which makes them less safe and less user-friendly. Last but not least, most commercially available steaming devices are literally too hot to handle. User cannot touch or handle the device when in operation with bare hands since the outer surface is not insulated thereby making the outer surface of such devices hot to touch.
The present electric steaming device has been specially designed to overcome the common problems found in existing steamers. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, making it highly portable. The device comes with an anti-topple and spill-proof protection, which ensures that hot water does not spill out, reducing the risk of burns. Its triple-layer insulation wall construction provides extra safety by keeping the outer surface cool, so users can hold and move it comfortably with bare hands. In addition, the device features a convenient twist lock mechanism with an indicator indicating the lid is locked in place securely or not making it safe simple and user-friendly. Overall, this electric steaming device combines safety, portability, and ease of use, offering a much safer and more reliable for users.
PRIOR ART:
BRPI1001349A2 discloses portable inhaler device that allows the inhalation to be carried out in any position, either with the patient sitting, lying down or at rest without spilling the medication making the inhalation faster and effective, in addition to offering greater convenience to the user; said portable inhaler device is configured by an elongated fairing in the vertical direction formed by four complementary and attachable parts, namely: an intermediate housing, a refill compartment, a nebulizer chamber equipped with an anti-spill system and a connection duct of the knee type for the inhalation mask, and said intermediate housing receives the electromechanical devices for the activation the nebulizer device and ventilation fan, which, in turn, are mounted on the cover of the said housing; said anti-spill system is configured through the watertight coupling of the peripheral edge together with the ring provided in the nebulizer chamber in the tubular projection provided in the cover of the said housing. Further, a support degree for mounting a sealing ring (AV), with the coupling of an edge together with the ring (AV) in the tubular projection conforms to the anti-spillage system (SD).
WO2023049533A1 discloses a steam inhaler includes a steam chamber housing having mounted therein a heater assembly. The steam chamber housing defines a steam chamber adapted to receive water. A fitting mounted to the steam chamber housing has a steam conduit section extended toward an exterior vent opening, a nozzle conduit section extended from the steam conduit, and a fresh air conduit section extended from the steam conduit section at a location downstream of the nozzle conduit section. The fitting is configured such that steam flows freely from the steam chamber, through the steam conduit section toward the exterior vent opening, a suction provided at the nozzle redirects at least a portion of the steam into the nozzle conduit section toward a mask, and the fresh air conduit directs fresh air into the steam conduit section to reduce a temperature of the steam exiting the exterior vent opening.

The first prior art is related to inhalation device primarily using ultrasonic rays. This device is confined to medical inhalation device and does not extend to electrically heated water appliances. Furthermore, the second and third device use heating mechanisms and have anti-spill mechanisms. The second prior art also incorporate a nozzle conduit to direct steam toward a mask and a fresh-air conduit, ensuring user comfort and safety during therapy. These device is electrically heated water appliances used for steaming and inhalation.
However, none of the abovementioned prior arts prevent the water spillage when device is overturned, it lacks a unique combination of having integrated heating mechanism for preparing hot water, an anti-topple base that provides stability during handling, and the triple-wall insulated design that ensures the external surface remains cool and safe to touch even when hot water is contained inside. Moreover, there are no devices which can prevent water spillage when the device is overturned, no explicit protection from heat inside. Thus the present invention combines spill-prevention, topple-resistance, and advanced triple-wall insulation in a single electrically operated steaming device, making it safer and more convenient for everyday handling.

DEFINITIONS
The expression “the device” used hereinafter in this specification refers to anti-topple spill-proof electric steaming device of the present invention.
The expression “nozzle” used hereinafter in this specification refers to a partially adjustable knob-like open projection on the upper unit of device for passage of steam outside the device to the user.
The expression “steam outlet” used hereinafter in this specification refers to a pipe-like projection collects and allows passage of steam out from the upper unit of the device towards the nozzle in a controlled manner.
The expression “diaphragm” used hereinafter in this specification refers to an elastomeric flexible cup-shaped diaphragm, placed at the base of the device bottom responsible for an anti-topple mechanism of the device.
The expression “lock-unlock indicator” used hereinafter in this specification refers to a twist-operated lock unlock indicator, allowing the user to confirm if the device is properly and securely locked prior to use.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an anti-topple, spill-proof electric steaming device.
Another object of the present invention is to provide triple wall making heat insulation, making it easy to handle with bare hands even when the device is in operation.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a device having a lock unlock indicator, allowing the user to confirm if the device is properly and securely locked prior to use.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a device which has suction cup mechanism to prevent toppling.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a device with an adjustable nozzle.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a device with an LED indicator for accurate device status, if filled with liquid or empty.
Yet a next object of the invention is to provide a device that is compatible with essential oils and balms.

SUMMARY
Before the present invention is described, it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to specific methodologies and materials described, as these may vary as per the person skilled in the art. It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description is for the purpose of describing the particular embodiments only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The present invention discloses an anti-topple, spill-proof electric steaming device comprising an upper unit with steam outlet pipe, adjustable nozzle, lock-unlock indicator, polypropylene wall 1, polypropylene wall 2, and ABS wall 3; a bottom unit with an elastomer seal, heater, liquid container, maximum level indicator, power cable, LED indicator and PP wall 1, ABS wall 2, and ABS wall 3; and an anti-topple device base with a seal disk, a seal ring, a diaphragm holder, an elastomeric flexible cup-shaped diaphragm and vacuum chamber.
In an aspect, the upper unit features a projection in the construction that ensures a tight, spill-proof fit with the bottom unit, a lock indicator provides a visual indication—red when unlocked and green when locked; the steam generated in the bottom unit is directed through the steam outlet pipe to the movable nozzle, which can be adjusted to suit the user's angle preference. The upper unit’s triple insulation ensures user safety from heat during handling.
In another aspect, the bottom unit features an elastomer seal that ensures a tight, spill-proof fit with the top unit, bottom unit contains the heater with a built-in heating plate to generate steam from water in the liquid container with capacity ~100ml, with a maximum level indicator to prevent overfilling; the LED indicator shows green when steam is active and red when the container is empty; the power supply is through power cable with a power range of 200-1500w, and the triple insulation continues in this unit, ensures user safety from heat during handling.
In yet another aspect, the anti-topple mechanism of the device using an anti-topple base ensures stability using a seal disk and seal ring mechanism controlled by a diaphragm holder and cup-shaped elastomeric diaphragm. When the device is being placed on a table, the diaphragm flattens under-weight, the space between diaphragm and table top is practically reduced to zero and therefore the air is expelled out through the orifice in seal ring, further act of putting the device on the table pushes the holder upward and forming a seal via the vacuum chamber as the seal ring seals against the seal disk. There is no path for air to come into the vacuum chamber, when the device is pushed sideways to topple over. This vacuum adheres the device to the surface, preventing it from toppling due to side impacts. To disengage, lifting the device vertically breaks the seal between the seal ring and seal disk, this allows path for air to enter and break the vacuum, allowing easy removal without damaging the base or surface.
In yet a next aspect, the device offers multiple user-centric and safety advantages such as compact and lightweight for easy handling; thermostat control, safety fuse, and dry boil indication for safe operation; adjustable nozzle for steam direction; triple-layer insulation enables safe handling even during use; the heating plate supports both hard and soft water; visual lock-unlock indicator ensures secure unit assembly; LED indicator displays operating status; the anti-topple mechanism safeguards against accidental impacts; spill-proof design ensures no leakage even when flat or inverted; essential oil compatibility; high-quality, flexible, and durable power cable ensures long-term usability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Before the present invention is described, it is to be understood that this invention is not limited to methodologies described, as these may vary as per the person skilled in the art. It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description is for the purpose of describing the particular embodiments only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Throughout this specification, the word “comprise”, or variations such as “comprises” or “comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusion of any other element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps. The use of the expression “at least” or “at least one” suggests the use of one or more elements or ingredients or quantities, as the use may be in the embodiment of the invention to achieve one or more of the desired objects or results. Various embodiments of the present invention are described below. It is, however, noted that the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, but rather the intention is that modifications that are apparent are also included.

The present invention discloses an anti-topple spill-proof electric steaming device; with triple insulation, used for steam inhalation, steam facials and steaming clothes; wherein the device (100) as illustrated in Fig. 1 and 2., comprises of an upper unit (10) including a steam outlet pipe (11), a nozzle (12), a lock-unlock indicator (13), a polypropylene (PP) wall 1 (14), a polypropylene (PP) wall 2 (15) and an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 3 (16), and a projection in top (17); a bottom unit (20) including a heater (21), a liquid container (22), a maximum level indicator (23), a power cable (24), an LED indicator (25), an elastomer seal (26), and a polypropylene wall 1 (27), an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 2 (28), an ABS wall 3 (29) and a base (30) of the bottom unit (20) including a seal disk (31), seal ring (32), a diaphragm holder (33), an elastomeric flexible cup-shaped diaphragm (34), and a vacuum chamber (35).
In an embodiment of the invention, the upper unit (10) of the device (100) as illustrated in Fig. 3. includes a projection that securely and in leak free manner engage with the elastomer seal (26) fitted into the device bottom unit (20) that allows the upper unit (10) to fix securely with the bottom unit (20) which prevents any liquid spillage from the joint between the two units. A lock-unlock indicator (13) initially indicating an unlocked sign in red colour when the two units are separate, turns to a locked sign in green colour as the two units are secured together. The steam outlet pipe (11) allows the steam generated by the device (100) to pass towards the nozzle (12) such that the steam is released out of the device (100) in a controlled manner. The nozzle (12) is movable and can be adjusted at different angles ranging between 25-40 degrees angle with respect to a horizontal baseline reference as per the user requirements. The upper unit (10) has triple insulation layers with the innermost polypropylene (PP) wall 1 (14), the middle polypropylene (PP) wall 2 (15) and the outermost acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 3(16) separated by an air gap that protects the user from any burns due to heating of the liquid in the device (100). The projection (17) in the upper unit (10) engages with the elastomer seal (26) of the bottom unit (20) to provide a leak free joint between the two units (10,20).
In a next embodiment of the invention, the bottom unit (20) of the device as illustrated in Fig. 3. discloses an elastomer seal (26) that engages with the projection in the top / upper unit (17) in a secure and leak free manner which prevents any liquid spillage from the joint between the two units. The bottom unit (20) encloses a heater (21) with an inbuilt heating plate to enable heating of a liquid, preferably water; added in the liquid (water) container (22) with approximately 100 ml capacity. The liquid container (22) provides a maximum level indicator (23) internally, beyond which the liquid should not be filled while using the device (100); and provides an LED indicator (25) externally that indicate the device status wherein a green colour indicates that the steam is on; whereas a red colour indicates that the liquid container (22) is empty. The bottom unit (20) has a power cable (24) with power ranging between 200-1500 Watt, preferably around 300-400 Watt. The said bottom unit (20) is also triple insulated with an innermost polypropylene wall 1 (27), a middle acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 2 (28) and an outermost ABS wall 3 (29) separated by an air gap that prevents heating of the device (100) on the outer surface enabling the user to handle the device (100) safely without any burns.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the anti-topple base (30) of the bottom unit (20) as illustrated in Fig. 3. includes a seal disk (31) placed towards the base (30) of the bottom unit (20), such that the seal ring (32) is placed away from the unsealed seal disk (31) in the relaxed condition, when the device (100) is not placed on the table. The diaphragm holder (33) remains in the outward position when the seal disk (31) is unsealed. Further, the elastomeric flexible diaphragm (34) is cup-shaped when relaxed where the air flow continues to the vacuum chamber (35).
In yet another preferred embodiment of the invention, the suction cup mechanism of the base (30) of the bottom unit (20) is disclosed as illustrated in Fig. 4.; wherein as the device (100) is placed on table, due to the weight of the device (100), the elastomeric flexible diaphragm (34) becomes flat, and the diaphragm holder (33) travels upwards in the device (100). The air in the diaphragm (34) escapes through the gap in the seal ring (32) and seal disk (31) before the device (100) is placed on a table. During further course of the action of putting the device (100) on the table the seal ring (32) seals with the seal disk (31) effectively thereby creating a vacuum seal between the diaphragm (34) and the table. This mechanism prevents the device (100) from toppling when pushed on sides either accidentally or with deliberate force.
In yet a next preferred embodiment, the mechanism to disengage the device (100) from the table is disclosed as illustrated in Fig. 5.; wherein as the device (100) is pulled vertically upwards, the diaphragm holder (33) with the diaphragm (34) tends to remain attached to bottom surface due to vacuum. The seal ring disengages with the seal disk (31) at some point of vertical pulling and air lock is released, so that the diaphragm (34) loses grip on the table thereby enabling the device (100) to be easily removed by vertical lifting by the user.
In yet a next preferred embodiment of the invention, the spill-proof mechanism of the device (100) is disclosed using two scenarios:
Scenario 1: When the device is toppled over sideways as illustrated in Fig.6.
When the device (100) is accidently placed or toppled sideways, the liquid (water) from the bottom unit (20) spread over equivalently in both the upper (10) and bottom unit (20) below the position of the steam outlet pipe (11) so that the liquid does not reach the exit level i.e. opening of the pipe; and the liquid cannot spill through the nozzle (12).
Scenario 2: When the device is inverted as illustrated in Fig.7.
When the device (100) is accidently inverted (placed upside down), the liquid rushes from the bottom unit (20) completely to the upper unit (10) such that the water level does not rise above the opening of the steam outlet pipe (11). The space of the upper unit (10) is created such that it can hold the liquid below exit level.
According to yet a next embodiment of the invention, the steps of working of the device (100) includes the steps of;
- Holding the bottom unit (20) and twisting the upper unit in anti-clockwise direction to open the device (100);
- Pouring water into the liquid container (22) of the bottom unit (20) till the maximum level indicator (23);
- Securely attaching the upper unit of the device (100) to the bottom unit (20) by putting it together and turning it clockwise before use;
- Checking the lock unlock indicator (13) to see if the indicator indicates a secure lock with green colour;
- Placing the device (100) on to a flat glossy surface like a table or similar;
- Plugging the device (100) into a wall outlet using the power cable (24) and switch it on;
- Waiting around 3 minutes for the steam to begin;
- Continue steaming until the LED turns red, indicating the liquid container (22) is empty or till user desires whichever is earlier.
According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the device (100) provides significant advantages, wherein the device:
- is approximately 115mm (width) x 206mm (Height) and weighs not more than 1 kg, making it extremely handy;
- has a thermostat control for auto cut off, a fuse for electrical safety and a dry boil indication making the device risk-free and safe to use;
- possess an adjustable nozzle (12) that helps to move the steam in user preferred angle;
- has a triple walled body allowing the user to hold the it even during use;
- includes a heater (21) technology (heating plate) that enables user to use either hard or soft water;
- provides a visual lock-unlock indicator (13) to ensure secure locking of the two units of the device (100);
- provides an LED indicator (25) for accurate device (100) status; where green colour indicates that the steam is on; whereas the red colour indicates that the water tank is empty;
- provides an anti-topple base (30) mechanism that prevents toppling of the steamer due to accidental impacts;
- is essential oils and balms compatible, which may be directly poured in the main liquid container (22) with water;
- is spill-proof even when flat or inverted, due to the carefully engineered design;
- is equipped with a high quality, durable soft cable designed for long term use and flexibility.
While considerable emphasis has been placed herein on the specific elements of the preferred embodiment, it will be appreciated that many alterations can be made and that many modifications can be made in preferred embodiment without departing from the principles of the invention. These and other changes in the preferred embodiments of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein, whereby it is to be distinctly understood that the foregoing descriptive matter is to be interpreted merely as illustrative of the invention and not as a limitation. , Claims:CLAIMS
We claim,
1. An anti-topple spill-proof electric steaming device; with triple insulation wherein the device (100) comprises of an upper unit (10) including a steam outlet pipe (11), a nozzle (12), a lock-unlock indicator (13), a polypropylene wall 1 (14), a polypropylene wall 2 (15), an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 3 (16) and a projection on top (17); a bottom unit (20) including a heater (21), a liquid container (22), a maximum level indicator (23), a power cable (24), an elastomer seal (26)and a polypropylene wall 1 (27), an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 2 (28) and an ABS wall 3 (29); and a base (30) of the bottom unit (20) including a seal disk (31), seal ring (32), a diaphragm holder (33), an elastomeric flexible cup-shaped diaphragm (34), and a vacuum chamber (35);

characterized in that:
the upper unit (10) has triple insulation layers with the innermost polypropylene wall 1 (14), the middle polypropylene wall 2 (15) and the outermost polypropylene wall 3 (16);
the bottom unit (20) has triple insulation layers with the innermost polypropylene wall 1 (27), the middle acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) wall 2 (28) and the outermost ABS wall 2 (29) thereby protecting the user from any burns due to heating of the liquid in the device (100);
the lock-unlock indicator (13) indicates if the two units are secured together;
the steam outlet pipe (11) allows the steam generated by the device (100) to pass towards the nozzle (12) steam is released out of the device (100) in a controlled manner;
the nozzle (12) is adjustable at different angles as per the user requirements;
the elastomer seal (26) securely fixes the upper unit (10) with the bottom unit (20) thereby preventing spillage of liquid at the junction of two units;

the heater (21) with an inbuilt heating plate enables heating of a liquid preferably water, added in the liquid (water) container (22);
the liquid container (22) with a capacity of approximately 100 ml provides a maximum level indicator (23) internally, and
an LED indicator (25) externally wherein a green colour indicates that the steam is on and a red colour indicates that the liquid container (22) is empty;
the power cable (24) has a power ranging between 200-1500 Watt, preferably around 300- 400Watt;
the base (30) of the bottom unit (20) enables a suction mechanism by allowing the elastomeric flexible diaphragm (34) to become flat, as the diaphragm holder (33) travels upwards in the device (100) such that the air in the diaphragm (34) escapes thereby sealing the seal ring (32) with the seal disk (31) effectively creating a vacuum seal between the diaphragm (34) and the table, preventing the device (100) from toppling when pushed on sides either accidentally or with deliberate force; and
the device (100) is spill-proof even if placed sideways or inverted as the liquid in the device (100) is placed such that the liquid always remains below the exit level or the opening of the steam outlet pipe (11), thereby preventing the liquid to spill out of the nozzle (12).

2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device (100) is approximately 115mm in width and 206mm in height, weighing not more than 1 kg, making the device (100) extremely handy.

3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lock-unlock indicator (13) initially indicates an unlocked sign in red colour when the two units are separated and changes to a locked sign in green colour as the two units are securely fixed.

4. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base (30) of the bottom unit (20) provides a seal ring (32) placed away from an unsealed seal disk (31) towards the base (30) of the bottom unit (20), the diaphragm holder (33) remains in the outward position and the elastomeric flexible diaphragm (34) is cup-shaped when relaxed where the air flow continues to the vacuum chamber (35).

5. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mechanism to disengage the device (100) from the table includes lifting the device (100) vertically upwards, the diaphragm holder (33) with the diaphragm tends to remain attached to bottom surface due to vacuum, whereas the seal ring (32) disengages with the seal disk (31) at some point of vertical pulling and air lock is released, so that the diaphragm (34) loses grip on the table thereby enabling the device (100) to be easily removed by vertical lifting by the user.

6. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein as the device (100) is accidently placed sideways, the liquid (water) from the bottom unit (20) spread over equivalently in both the upper (10) and bottom unit (20) below the position of the steam outlet pipe (11) so that the liquid does not reach the exit level opening of the pipe; and the liquid cannot spill through the nozzle (12).

7. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein as the device (100) is inverted, the liquid rushes from the bottom unit (20) completely to the upper unit (10) such that the water level does not rise above the opening of the steam outlet pipe (11).

8. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device (100) provides a thermostat control for auto cut off, a fuse for electrical safety and a dry boil indication making the device (100) risk-free and safe to use.

9. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the working of the device (100) comprises the steps of;
- holding the bottom unit (20) and twisting the upper unit in anti-clockwise direction to open the device (100);
- pouring water into the liquid container (22) of the bottom unit (20) till the maximum level indicator (23);
- securely attaching the upper unit of the device (100) to the bottom unit (20) by putting it together and turning it clockwise before use;
- checking the lock unlock indicator (13) to see if the indicator indicates a secure lock with green colour;
- placing the device (100) on to a flat glossy surface like a table or similar;
- plugging the device (100) into a wall outlet using the power cable (24) and switch it on;
- waiting around 30 seconds for the steam to begin;
- continue steaming until the LED turns red, indicating the liquid container (22) is empty.

10. The device as claimed in claim 1; wherein the significant features of the device (100) include:
- an adjustable nozzle (12) that helps to move the steam in user preferred angle;
- a triple walled body allowing the user to hold the device (100) even during use;
- a heater (21) technology with heating plate that enables user to use either hard or soft water;
- a visual lock-unlock indicator (13) to ensure secure locking of the two units of the device (100);
- an LED indicator (25) for accurate device status; where green colour indicates that the steam is on; whereas the red colour indicates that the water tank is empty;
- an anti-topple base (30) mechanism that prevents toppling of the steamer due to accidental impacts;
- essential oils and balms compatibility, which may be directly poured in the main liquid container (22) with water;
- spill-proof even when flat or inverted, due to the carefully engineered design;
- equipment with a high quality, durable soft cable designed for long term use and flexibility.
