A Fuel Cell Stack Flow Design

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fuel cell (100). The fuel cell includes a bipolar plate assembly coupled to at least one storage unit. The bipolar plate assembly include a first set of bipolar plate having a xth plate, a (x+1)th plate and a (x+2)nd plate. An nth set of bipolar plate having a nth plate, a (n+1)th plate, a (n+2)nd plate. Each of the xth plate, the (x+1)th plate, the (x+2)nd plate, the nth plate, the (n+1)th plate, the (n+2)nd plate is defined with a first fluid channel and a second fluid channel. The first fluid channel is defined with an inlet port and an outlet port. The second fluid channel is defined with an entry port and an exit port.. The entry port of the second fluid channel of the (x+1)th plate is fluidly coupled to the exit port of the second fluid channel of the xth plate and an outlet port of the first fluid channel of the (x+1)th plate is fluidly coupled to the inlet port of the first fluid channel of the (x+2)nd plate.
