Abstract: 7. ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a decentralized on-demand service system for cleaning, designed to empower individuals and promote the principles of Swachh Bharat. The system comprises a mobile application module (102) connecting customers and service providers in real-time, a geolocation module (104) for location-based matching of service requests, a scheduling module (106) for service bookings, a payment gateway module (108) for secure financial transactions, a feedback and review system module (110) for customer ratings, a notification system module (112) for real-time updates, a service provider registration and profile management module (114), a customer service booking module (116), and a data analytics module (118) for performance insights. The system is characterized by the integration of a decentralized platform allowing flexible, gig-based service delivery, real-time matching, dynamic scheduling, and secure payment processing, empowering both service providers and customers to promote clean and sustainable living environments. Many struggle to identify reliable, affordable, and high-quality service providers, relying instead on word-of-mouth or unverified local businesses. These challenges are amplified in areas where professional cleaning services are either sparse or prohibitively expensive.

It is yet another objective of the invention to enable seamless payment and secure transactions by integrating secure and convenient payment gateways, allowing cashless transactions between customers and service providers, ensuring smooth financial exchanges and preventing disputes.

It is yet another objective of the invention to ensure scalability and flexibility by creating a platform that can adapt to different cleaning service needs, including residential, commercial, industrial, and specialized cleaning, making it applicable across various sectors and regions.

The invention provides an empowering, scalable, and user-friendly mobile platform that connects customers with skilled cleaning service providers in real-time. It overcomes traditional limitations by offering on-demand solutions tailored to individual needs without the constraints of fixed schedules or limited service areas.

By empowering independent service providers through a decentralized gig-based model, the system allows providers to define pricing, manage schedules, and offer services on their own terms. This autonomy fosters financial independence and inclusivity, aligning with the principles of the gig economy. The platform also integrates key features such as geolocation-based tracking, real-time availability, secure payment systems, and a customer feedback mechanism to ensure a seamless experience for users.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the decentralized on-demand service system for cleaning includes a mobile application module (102), geolocation module (104), scheduling module (106), payment gateway module (108), feedback and review system module (110), notification system module (112), service provider registration and profile management module (114), customer service booking module (116), and data analytics module (118).

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the mobile application module (102) serves as the primary interface for users, empowering customers to book cleaning services and enabling providers to showcase their skills. For instance, a user seeking bathroom cleaning services can access the app, view service providers nearby, and choose based on ratings, pricing, and availability. Service providers, in turn, can leverage this module to register their details, showcase expertise (e.g., deep bathroom cleaning or exterior car washing), and manage bookings, empowering them to build a sustainable livelihood.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the geolocation module (104) uses GPS technology to match customers with nearby service providers, allowing for real-time tracking and maximizing service efficiency.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the ensures seamless connection between customers and nearby service providers using GPS technology. For example, a user needing exterior car cleaning can instantly locate providers within a 5-kilometer radius, fostering convenience and efficiency. Real-time tracking enables customers to monitor the provider’s journey, ensuring transparency and enhancing trust.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the scheduling module (106) empowers users to plan cleaning services at their convenience. Customers can arrange recurring services, such as weekly bathroom cleaning, or schedule immediate bookings for urgent needs. By offering flexible scheduling options, the system supports both customers' busy lifestyles and service providers' operational efficiency.
In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the payment gateway module (108) ensures secure, cashless financial transactions, promoting a hassle-free user experience. For instance, a customer booking deep bathroom cleaning can complete the payment through various methods like credit cards or digital wallets, this secure system eliminates disputes, offering a seamless payment process for both parties.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the feedback and review system module (110) promote accountability and quality assurance; after availing cleaning services, customers can provide ratings and reviews based on parameters like punctuality and professionalism. For example, a provider delivering excellent exterior car cleaning may receive a 5-star rating, boosting their credibility. This feature empowers customers to make informed decisions and motivates service providers to maintain high standards.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the notification system module (112) keeps both customers and service providers informed throughout the service process. Notifications include booking confirmations, updates on the provider's estimated arrival time, and alerts about new service requests. By ensuring consistent communication, this module minimizes misunderstandings and enhances user satisfaction.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the service provider registration and profile management module (114) enables service providers to create and manage detailed profiles, showcasing their expertise and availability. For instance, a provider specializing in bathroom deep cleaning can highlight certifications or skills, increasing visibility and credibility. By empowering individuals to manage their profiles, the system facilitates professional growth and self-employment opportunities.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the customer service booking module (116) allows users to browse and select services based on their preferences, compare providers, and book cleaning services with ease. For unique cleaning needs, customers can submit custom requests, fostering adaptability and inclusivity in service offerings.

In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the data analytics module (118) harnesses platform data to optimize operations, understand customer behavior, and identify service trends. For example, insights into peak demand times help service providers adjust schedules, while data on popular services like deep cleaning allows tailored recommendations for users. These analytics drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Referring to Fig’s, Fig.1 illustrates the block diagram of the decentralized on-demand service system (100) for cleaning, showcasing its architecture. The system comprises multiple modules, each designed to facilitate seamless interactions between customers and service providers. The mobile application module (102) serves as the primary interface for users, allowing customers to book services, choose providers based on ratings, pricing, and availability, while providers can manage their schedules and showcase their expertise. The geolocation module (104) uses GPS technology to match customers with nearby service providers for optimal service delivery. The scheduling module (106) offers flexible scheduling options, enabling users to book services based on provider availability. The payment gateway module (108) ensures secure, cashless transactions, supporting various payment methods. The feedback and review system module (110) allows customers to rate providers after services, promoting transparency. The notification system module (112) provides real-time updates, keeping users informed about booking status, provider arrival times, and service completion. The service provider registration and profile management module (114) enables providers to create and manage their profiles, increasing visibility and credibility. The customer service booking module (116) allows users to compare providers and submit custom requests, while the data analytics module (118) analyzes data to improve the platform and optimize service offerings.

Fig. 2 illustrates the operational workflow of the decentralized system (200), detailing the steps from service request to completion and feedback submission. The workflow begins when the customer initiates service request (202), triggering the system to match the customer with nearby service providers via the geolocation matching process service to provide listed (204). Once a match is found, the customer proceeds to provider selection (206), where they can choose a provider based on their preferences. After selection, the customer confirms the service through the scheduling and booking confirmation (208) step. Following confirmation, the service provider performs the service during the service execution (210) phase. After service completion, the payment processing (212) step allows the customer to make a secure payment. Finally, the customer submits their feedback through feedback submission (214), which updates the provider's profile through the provider profile update process. This workflow ensures efficient service delivery and continuous platform improvement.

a mobile application module (102) configured to connect customers and service providers in real-time;
a geolocation module (104) integrated within the mobile application, enabling location-based matching of service requests and providers;
a scheduling module (106) enabling customers to book services based on provider availability;
a payment gateway module (108) facilitating secure financial transactions;
a feedback and review system module (110) ensuring customers' voices are heard through ratings and reviews;
a notification system module (112) sending real-time alerts regarding booking confirmations and service updates;
a service provider registration and profile management module (114) for managing profiles;
a customer service booking module (116) for booking cleaning services;
a data analytics module (118) analyzing user data and offering insights for continuous service improvement.

2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile application module (102) provides an intuitive user interface for both customers and service providers, enabling easy profile creation, service selection, and data management.

9. A method of operating a decentralized on-demand service system for cleaning, comprising the steps of:
configuring a mobile application module (102) to enable real-time interaction between customers and service providers;
integrating a geolocation module (104) to enable location-based matching of service requests and providers;
enabling a scheduling module (106) for customers to book services based on availability;
processing payment transactions through a payment gateway module (108);
collecting feedback through a feedback and review system module (110);
sending real-time notifications via a notification system module (112);
allowing service providers to register and manage their profiles via a service provider registration and profile management module (114);
enabling customers to select and book services via a customer service booking module (116);
analyzing data through a data analytics module (118) to optimize service delivery.
