Various modifications of the disclosed embodiments, as well as alternate embodiments of the invention, will become apparent to persons skilled in the art upon reference to the description of the invention. , Claims:1) A multilingual support device, comprising:
i) a body 101 configured with a strap 102 that is worn by a user for manipulation and control over said body 101, as per requirement, wherein a touch interactive display panel 103 is installed on a front portion of said body 101 for enabling said user to provide touch commands for requirement of assistance in communicating in a non-native language, along with providing additional information regarding said user’s expertise level in said language;
ii) a microcontroller linked with said panel 103 for processing said commands to create a profile for said user on a linked database, wherein said user is required to select training modes on said display panel 103, such as a training, real-time, and feedback mode, and based on said user’s expertise level and selected mode, said microcontroller accesses information regarding multiple libraries of said specified language already stored in said database, to fetch common phrases and scenarios depicting real-life interactions;
iii) a holographic projection unit 104 mounted on said body 101, for projecting said fetched phrases, and simulating said real-time scenarios, in view of providing interactive language learning scenarios, enabling said user to engage in said real-life scenarios such as ordering food at a restaurant or visiting a museum, wherein in case said user desires to communicate in real-time, said microcontroller activates a GPS (Global Positioning System) module integrated with said microcontroller for tracking real-time location of said body 101; and
iv) a microphone 105 installed on said body 101 for fetching audio signals from surroundings of said body 101, to process and translate said audio signals into said user’s native language, that are displayed on said display panel 103, along with relevant phrases to be said during communication in said real-time location, wherein said relevant phrases are fetched by said microcontroller from said database as per said tracked location, thereby facilitating in communication training to said user in said non-native languages.
2) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein in case said user selects said feedback mode, said microcontroller examines said user’s audio signals to analyse fluency and command over said non-native language, and analysed data are summarized into a report that is transmitted to said display panel 103 for allowing said user to review said report for taking corrective feedback based on said real-life interactions and mistakes.
3) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) module is installed with said body 101 and synced with said imaging unit 107 to analyse texts from menus, road signs and other printed materials, that are further translated to said non-native language, and displayed on said display panel 103.
4) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said microcontroller is encrypted with a natural language processing protocol, designed to break down complex sentences into simpler components based on context, said user’s intent, and said user's language proficiency level, allowing for easier comprehension and response.
5) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a speaker 106 is mounted on said body 101 for delivering real-time spoken translations to assist said user in situations where said user is detected to be unable to express adequately, thus ensuring smooth communication between said user and native speakers.
6) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107 is installed on said body 101 and paired with a processor for monitoring said user’s facial expressions, to assess stress level during said communication, in accordance to which said microcontroller adjusts said complex sentences into simpler components, for ensuring said user remains calm during said communication.
