Abstract: INTEGRATED HOMEOWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT An integrated homeownership and management system (100) is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a computing device (102), comprising a digital interface (104) that is adapted to receive a set of data relating to a real estate. A processing unit (106) is configured to facilitate real estate transactions, a home construction, a financial planning, a maintenance, or a combination thereof, using the digital interface (104); establish a communication among entities, using a communication unit (108); activate, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine (110), for design automation, a three dimensional (3D) modeling, a virtual and augmented reality-based home visualization, or a combination thereof; and enable, an Internet of Things (IoT) engine (112), to control, monitor, and automate home appliances and security systems. [001] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a house planning platform and particularly to an integrated homeownership and management system.
Description of Related Art
[002] The construction and real estate industries have traditionally relied on fragmented processes, requiring homeowners to engage multiple service providers for tasks such as property transactions, home construction, and maintenance. This decentralized approach often leads to inefficiencies, lack of transparency, and increased costs. While various digital platforms exist to address isolated aspects of homeownership, they fail to provide a unified, seamless experience that integrates real estate, financial planning, and home management.
[003] With the rise of smart home technologies and AI-driven solutions, there is a growing demand for systems that enhance home automation, energy efficiency, and security. Existing smart home management tools focus on individual device control rather than a holistic approach to homeownership. Meanwhile, construction management platforms primarily cater to professionals, leaving homeowners without a streamlined solution for overseeing projects, expenses, and post-construction services.
[004] To address these challenges, innovations in IoT, AI, and blockchain technology are enabling new opportunities for a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates construction, home automation, and financial management. The convergence of these technologies has the potential to redefine the way homeowners, real estate professionals, and service providers interact, offering a more efficient and transparent approach to homeownership and management.
[005] There is thus a need for an improved and advanced integrated homeownership and management system that can administer the aforementioned limitations in a more efficient manner.
SUMMARY
[006] Embodiments in accordance with the present invention provide an integrated homeownership and management system. The system comprising a computing device, comprising a digital interface. The digital interface is adapted to receive a set of data relating to a real estate. The set of data is selected from images of the real estate, videos of real estate, a map of the real estate, a layout of the real estate, a 3D rendered model of the real estate, or a combination thereof. The system further comprising a processing unit communicatively connected to the computing device. The processing unit is configured to facilitate real estate transactions, a home construction, a financial planning, a maintenance, or a combination thereof, using the digital interface; establish a communication among homeowners, architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers, real estate professionals, or a combination thereof, using a communication unit; activate, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine, for design automation, a three dimensional (3D) modeling, a virtual and augmented reality-based home visualization, or a combination thereof; and enable, an Internet of Things (IoT) engine, to control, monitor, and automate home appliances and security systems.
[007] Embodiments in accordance with the present invention further provide a method for integrated homeownership and management. The method comprising steps of facilitating real estate transactions, a home construction, a financial planning, maintenance, or a combination thereof, using a digital interface; establishing a seamless communication among homeowners, architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers, real estate professionals, or a combination thereof; activating, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine, for design automation, 3D modeling, virtual and augmented reality-based home visualization, or a combination thereof; and enabling, an Internet of Things (IoT) engine, to control, monitor, and automate home appliances and security systems.
[008] Embodiments of the present invention may provide a number of advantages depending on their particular configuration. First, embodiments of the present application may provide an integrated homeownership and management system.
[009] Next, embodiments of the present application may provide a management system that consolidates home construction, real estate transactions, smart home management, and financial planning into a single digital ecosystem, eliminating the need for multiple apps or services.
[0010] Next, embodiments of the present application may provide a management system that offers IoT-enabled smart home management, homeowners can monitor and control security, lighting, energy consumption, and appliances remotely, improving efficiency and convenience.
[0011] Next, embodiments of the present application may provide a management system that leverages AI for tasks such as 3D modeling, project tracking, and financial planning, enabling users to make informed decisions with predictive insights and automated recommendations.
[0012] Next, embodiments of the present application may provide a management system that ensures secure property transactions, encrypted document storage, and fraud prevention, enhancing transparency and trust in real estate dealings.
[0013] Next, embodiments of the present application may provide a management system that integrates cost estimation tools, project tracking, and automated financial management, the system reduces inefficiencies, minimizes delays, and helps homeowners manage budgets effectively.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the hardware components of the system 100 may be integrated with computer-executable instructions for overcoming the challenges and the limitations of the existing systems.

The digital interface 104 may enable a receipt of a set of data relating to the real estate. 1. An integrated homeownership and management system (100), the system (100) comprising:
a computing device (102), comprising a digital interface (104), wherein the digital interface (104) is adapted to receive a set of data relating to a real estate, such that the set of data is selected from images of the real estate, videos of real estate, a map of the real estate, a layout of the real estate, a 3D rendered model of the real estate, or a combination thereof; and
a processing unit (106) communicatively connected to the computing device (102), characterized in that the processing unit (106) is configured to:
facilitate real estate transactions, a home construction, a financial planning, a maintenance, or a combination thereof, using the digital interface (104);
establish a communication among homeowners, architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers, real estate professionals, or a combination thereof, using a communication unit (108);
activate, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine (110), for design automation, a three dimensional (3D) modeling, a virtual and augmented reality-based home visualization, or a combination thereof; and
enable, an Internet of Things (IoT) engine (112), to control, monitor, and automate home appliances and security systems.
2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (106) is configured to facilitate a purchase of a furniture, a home décor, construction materials, or a combination thereof.
3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (106) is configured for a cost estimation, secure transactions, tracking of financial activities, or a combination thereof.
4. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (106) is configured to project scalability for future integration of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven automation, a VR/AR customization, Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, or a combination thereof.

8. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (106) is configured to execute automated legal compliance verification, ensuring adherence to construction regulations and real estate laws.
9. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (106) is configured to deliver a real-time updates on construction progress on the computing device (102).
10. A method (200) for integrated homeownership and management, the method (200) characterized by steps of:
facilitating real estate transactions, a home construction, a financial planning, maintenance, or a combination thereof, using a digital interface (104);
establishing a seamless communication among homeowners, architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers, real estate professionals, or a combination thereof;
activating, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine (110), for design automation, 3D modeling, virtual and augmented reality-based home visualization, or a combination thereof; and
enabling, an Internet of Things (IoT) engine (112), to control, monitor, and automate home appliances and security systems.
