A Pseudo Threshold Transistor Circuit

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a Pseudo-Threshold Transistor (PTT) circuit for flexible electronics. In an embodiment, the PTT circuit comprises at least three Thin-Film Transistors (TFTs) wherein a gate voltage (V_g) is supplied to a first TFT of the at least three TFTs, and a second input voltage (V_p) is supplied to a second TFT of the at least three TFTs, wherein an output voltage (V_x) of the first TFT and the second TFT is collectively provided as an input to the third TFT of the at least three TFTs. Each of the at least three TFTs have a distinct aspect ratio with predetermined scaling factors, and a stable threshold voltage. FIG. 1
