Abstract: ABSTRACT DIAGNOSTIC KIT FOR A POWERTRAIN SYSTEM OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE The invention relates to a diagnostic kit (102) for a powertrain system of an electric vehicle (EV) (300). The diagnostic kit 5 (102) comprises a plurality of test modules comprising at least a motor test module (212) to perform one or more diagnostic tests on a motor (302) of the EV (300), a throttle test module (214) to perform one or more diagnostic tests on a throttle (304) of the EV (300), and an Motor Control Unit (MCU) test module (216) to perform 10 one or more diagnostic tests on the MCU (306) of the EV (300). Further, the diagnostic kit (102) comprises a plurality of connectors that can coupled in different combinations to interface one or more of the plurality of test modules with the motor (302), throttle (304), and MCU (306) of the EV (300). Further, it comprises an integrated power supply for the motor (302), throttle 15 (304), and MCU (306), independent of the power supply (314) of the EV to enable the diagnostic tests.
