Abstract: ABSTRACT BENZOHYDRAZIDES-BASED SUPRAZYMES, AND PROCESSESS THEREOF The present disclosure provides a compound of Formula (I), its stereoisomers, tautomers, polymorphs, intermediates, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts 5 thereof, Formula (I) wherein, R1 is independently selected from hydrogen, or C1-12 alkoxy, 10 wherein, C1-12 alkoxy is optionally substituted with one or more groups selected from C6-12 aryl, or C8-18 arylalkoxyaryl; wherein C6-12 aryl is optionally substituted with one or more groups selected from C1-12 alkoxy or C7-18 alkoxyaryl; R2 and Rꞌ2 are independently selected from hydrogen, hydroxy, or C1-12 alkyl; or R2 and Rꞌ2 combined together to form C6-12 aryl; 15 Rꞌ3 and Rꞌ3 are independently selected from hydrogen, hydroxy, or C1-12 alkyl; or R3 and Rꞌ3 combined together to form C6-12 aryl; and n is independently selected from 1 to 3. The present disclosure further provides a suprazyme comprising the compound of Formula (I) as disclosed herein and a first solvent. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides a lyophilized 20 suprazyme, a reconstituted suprazyme and processes thereof. In addition, the present disclosure provides a method for generating reactive oxygen species.
