Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a modular metal-silicon hybrid mold [102] and a process [300] of casting a wearable device thereof. The modular metal-silicon hybrid mold [102] comprises a modular metal die [104] and a silicon mold (not depicted in FIG.). Further, the modular metal die [104] comprises at least a set of threaded holes [106], one or more openings [108], one or more slits [110], a set of protrusions [112] and a set of cavities [114]. The one or more openings [108] are configured to at least a dispensing duct [116].
